On registering for a personal backup account on our website, you will proceed to download the BackupSA™ Personal Backup Agent software from the Backup Account Registration website, which you will then load onto your computer. Once installed, you will launch the Agent software application and simply select the folders and files you want to back up from your computer. After running your first backup, which may take a while to complete, depending on how much data you selected to backup and your Internet connection speed, daily backups will run automatically when you connect to the Internet - it’s that simple!

You can recover your data at anytime by using the software or a web-interface (in-case you need to restore files on another computer that does not have the software installed on it).  The BackupSA™ Personal Backup service is totally secure – your data is encrypted using bank-level security methods and then further protected with a password known only to you.
